

ABOUT US
Monday at 18:00 is bootcamp where we emphasise core & strength with a bit of cardio.
Tuesday at 18:00 is our famous Time Trial of 3 or 5km
Thursday at 18:00 we either have hills, speed or endurance training.Note: The time of the above might change in winter and it is all dependant on the weather.
We also run various training programs throughout the year eg
· couch to 10km
· 10 to 21.1 km
· 21.1 to 42.2 km
· Sub 60 10km
During the week and weekend we have various groups running at different times.
All this info is posted every week on our info whatsup group.

How To Join
2. Fill in the ASA form (if you need a license – and are planning to run races)
3. Email both these forms along with a picture of yourself to [email protected]
4. If you belonged to another running club then get your chairperson to email a transfer letter to us and tell them to transfer your ASA profile to Western Cape, Goodwood Harriers
5. If this is your 1st running club then you need to create a profile on the ASA website & select Western Cape and then Goodwood Harriers as your club.
6. You will be contacted ASAP as to fees and all your questions will be answered.
7. Pay your subs into our bank account & send the EFT to [email protected] Please do NOT deposit cash.
8. Organise to fetch your license and purchase your running top and any other merchandise
you need.
