1. Fill in our registration form that you can find here
 2. Fill in the ASA registration form that you can find here
 3. Email both these forms along with a picture of yourself to [email protected]
 4a. If you belonged to another running club then get your chairperson to email a transfer letter to us and tell them to transfer your ASA profile   to Western Cape, Goodwood Harriers
 4b If this is your 1^st running club then you need to create a profile on the ASA website & select Western Cape and then Goodwood Harriers as your club.
 5. You will be contacted ASAP as to fees and all your questions will be answered.
 6. Pay your subs into our bank account & send the EFT to [email protected]
 7. Organise to fetch your license and purchase your running top and any other merchandise you need.
